men in black

 ( shoes:Guglielmo Rotta; glasses: H&M; hair bow: H&M)

You can call them Brogues, Oxfords or Derbies.
Men’s lace-ups are a kind of men's shoes but also worn by women for around 80 years.  Brogues appeared in the nineteenth-century in Ireland and Scotland, where they were known as Balmorals. They come in bal-style (Oxfords) or blucher-style (Derbies or Gibsons): Oxfords have the shoelace eyelet tab sewn under the vamp, while Derbies have it sewn over the vamp. The Oxford has variations in the decoration, with perforated holes, curved sewing, and even fringes all being used. Derbies take their name from a Prussian general who wanted them for his army. He was followed by all the armed forces of Europe, and Derbies came into fashion in 1850 as a men’s sports shoe.
